1How do I prepare for a colonoscopy?

Tip 1: It’s important that you start the soft diet 2 days before the treatment, only take liquids.one day prior.
Tip 2: Make sure that you take all the laxatives as told by the doctor and intake of these might make you have a cramp-like feeling. The laxatives are best to push away the content from the intestine, which makes the bowel empty. The next morning, your stomach will be cleared.
Tip 3: Make sure to take as much liquid as you can to keep yourself hydrated.
